MAXimum Interval Training. These are your main IN10SITY workouts giving you MAXimum results, and the good news is you only have to work to your MAXimum level. These are only 8 minutes long so push yourself as before you know it its finished!
These workouts burn fat, improve fitness, flexibility and strength. If these are too much, then start with the beginner and TONEit workouts and then when your fitness improves move on to the MAXit workouts. All high impact moves and difficult MAXit exercises also have easy options.
Alternatively, you can also do 2 or 3 of these and add TONEit and TRI-M3TRIX workouts to increase and speed up your results.
