Before & After…the camera never lies!

Take a photo of yourself – front / side / back, use your phone and do it now, quickly before you change your mind. The scales will not tell you the truth (muscle is heavier and more dense than fat – this means you could lose 2 inches off your waist but put on weight!). The camera never lies…by taking these photos you will have a good idea about your body composition.

Take the after photos on day 11 and wear the same clothes.

SLEEP

Get to bed AND sleep by 10-10.30pm every night for the next 10 days and you could be burning extra fat as you sleep. Tests have proven that just by this one change to your lifestyle 2-5lbs can be lost in 10 days – WHILE YOU SLEEP!

Its long been said that getting your 8 hours of sleep a night is good for you, however it has been proven that this depend upon when those 8 hours are. The first 4 hours of your sleep aid your body in recovery and growth (muscles, hair, skin – literally all your cell growth) and guess what it’s burning in this process – FAT! BUT…these 4 hours have a window of effectiveness and that window is 10pm-2am (give or take 30 mins). So you have a choice – stay up watching crap TV or go to bed and lose some weight. It’s your choice, or even better TiVo it and get up early and watch your crap TV with breakfast…job done!
