10 Day Detox

I'm very happy to say I've lost 10.5lbs!! The great thing about the plan is that it's only 10 days, so the end is always in sight. The workouts were tough but worth the pain! Day 4 meals I found hard, as I didn't love the protein shakes, but it did make me appreciate food a lot more! Not only I have I lost a lot more weight than I expected, it has also made me very aware as to how much I snack in between meals, and how much unnecessary dressing I use on food.
